Ireland: The Cliffs of Moher (200 meters straight down!)

On the drive along the west coast of Ireland.

As close as Jas could get the edge. We found out we were pretty nervous after a while...

The Galway police want to make sure you don't think they're responsible if you fall off the cliff.

Welcome to Amsterdam. If you can tell the buildings are leaning forward. Not just because they are old (which they are) but because they use the angle to hoist things up. Each building has a hook at the top so a rope can be levied with the items you wish to hoist.

We heart Amsterdam.

We stayed at a hostel that was very thin and tall - like all the buildings. This stairwell was so steep - you're looking down 3 flights of stairs right now. : )

The bikes were - everywhere.

This is the memorial within the camp. The triangles on the pillar represent the countries that the victims were from in Sachsenhausen.

Although Berlin was historically rich, it was amazingly sad. We went from one wall to the next. This is the interior wall of the concentration camp north of Berlin called Sachsenhausen. This was the model camp in which they based all the others.

This Sephardic Synagogue has architecture influenced by its Spanish neighbors, the Moores.

We went to a Jewish Museum in Prague and this cemetery was a part of it. Although small in land size, supposedly over 40,000 people were burried here between 1300-1700. Each tombstone has the Hebrew names of those buried beneath it.
